Christmas Greetings and Holiday Hours 2023
As Christmas is soon upon us, I want to take this time to say a sincere thank you to our clients for their continued loyalty and ongoing support, it is the highest compliment. The past few years have been challenging for countless small business owners and supporting your local business has meant that many have been able to survive and thrive. Thank you!
As this time of year marks the anniversary of our humble beginnings (8 years ago) it is good time to reflect on my practice. When I started my clinic, I wanted to make a positive difference in people’s lives and provide the very best client care. I know that client-centred practice is the gold standard of care and client-focussed rehabilitation helps our clients achieve the best outcomes. I am always so incredibly proud when I hear that we have changed people’s lives. It is the very reason I love being an audiologist and I am grateful to be working alongside my team, Brooke, Lily, and Rachael who are equally as passionate about client care.
This year has been another busy year for Shout, we have welcomed clients, old and new and continued our professional development with new product launches and online learning. We have participated in research for our colleagues at Macquarie University and continue to provide pre and post operative diagnostic support for a private practice at Westmead Private Hospital. And as we welcome the New Year, we look forward to continuing to support our clients on their hearing health journey.
As the holiday season approaches, please make sure to note the following clinic dates:
