Christmas Greetings and Holiday Hours
A sincere Christmastime thank you for your loyalty and support from Shout Hearing Healthcare.
As Christmas is soon upon us, I want to take this time to reflect on our blessings and to say a sincere thank you for your continued loyalty and ongoing support, it is the highest compliment. This past year has been a challenging personal year for myself; I was away from my business for a time, and I relied on my Shout family to ‘hold the fort’. And hold the fort they did! What a blessing to have colleagues who treat my business as if it were their own.
This year has been another busy year for Shout. We have welcomed clients, old and new and have continued to invest in professional development. We have also said farewell to a valued colleague, adieu to an expectant mum, good luck to our intern and welcome to two new faces.
Farewell to my friend Catherine as she pursues a career in research at the National Acoustic Laboratory (NAL) at Macquarie University. Catherine and I studied our master’s degree together and she was here from Shout’s humble beginnings; it was difficult to say goodbye. Adieu to Rachael, our Client Care Manager who is taking maternity leave as she prepares for the birth of her first baby. And good luck to Annie as she finalises her internship with another provider.
Welcome to Brooke; she enjoyed her clinic placement with us while studying her master’s degree in 2017 and was thrilled to join us in April this year. And finally, I am delighted that Lily joins Shout as our Client Care Manager. It is no coincidence that she shares my last name!
As we welcome the New Year, we look forward to continuing to provide the client-centred rehabilitation care that we know helps our clients achieve best outcomes and changes lives. We know this because you tell us so!
Finally, as the holiday season approaches, please make sure to note the following clinic dates:
• Last day – Thursday December 22nd, 2022.
• Re-open – Monday January 9th, 2023.
