Christmastime 2020 – Thankyou for your loyalty and support …
As Christmastime is soon upon us, I wanted to take this time to reflect on our blessings and to say a sincere thank you to our valued clients for their loyalty and support. This past year has been a particularly challenging year for countless small business owners. More than ever, supporting your local business has meant that many have been able to survive the health crisis. We are very privileged to have you as our client and we deeply appreciate your support.
This year has certainly provided us with challenges that have never been faced before. We needed to find a new way of being and a new way of doing. In a year that was full of unknowns, we remained focussed on what we could do to support our clients safely; your wellbeing was our primary focus during the COVID-19 crisis. We remain committed to client care and will continue to provide you with a safe and healthy clinic.
Though 2020 has been unprecedented, we are happy to say we have been welcoming new clients and taking care of our Shout family. We have also continued our commitment to professional development by mastering the new frontier of conferences and training – Zoom meetings and webinars! If we were not tech savvy prior to 2020, we most certainly are now! That has been the watershed moment this year, learning how to deliver services and participate in learning remotely.
As the holiday season approaches, please make sure to note the following clinic dates:
- Last day – Thursday December 24, 2020.
- Re-open – Monday January 4, 2021.
