As Christmas 2019 is soon upon us, and we take time to reflect on our blessings, I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful clients for their continued and appreciated support. I have always said that family is the perfect word to describe our clients because we have gotten to know you all so well and we feel blessed to be able to continue to support your on your hearing journey.
As this time of year marks the anniversary of our opening (4 years ago), it is a good time to reflect on my practice, our achievements and our goals for the future. Both Catherine and I wanted to make a positive difference in people’s lives and that is what drives us to provide the very best client care. We know that client-centred practise is the gold standard of care and client-focused rehabilitation helps you achieve the best outcomes. We are always so incredibly proud when you tell us we have changed your life! It’s the very reason we come to work and do what we do.
This year has been another busy year for Shout, welcoming new clients and taking care of our Shout family. We have continued our commitment to professional development by attending the Audiology Australia Sound Exchange conference in Alice Springs! We have also attended new product launches where rechargeability and connectivity along with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and wearability is the focus. Manufactures are starting to explore how AI can provide general health benefits (think fall alerting) as well as better hearing! An exciting new product launch was Signia Styletto Connect which aims to appeal cosmetically as well as being Bluetooth enabled and rechargeable. It’s the new frontier in hearing aid technology!
As always, if you need to contact Shout for anything at all, I will be checking my email and social media daily. You can get in touch by:
