What is an Audiologist?
An audiologist is a university trained healthcare professional with a master’s degree who specialises in identifying, diagnosing, treating and managing issues related to hearing, tinnitus, vestibular and balance disorders.
They counsel people through a new diagnosis of hearing loss and teach compensation and coping skills to help people improve their hearing and communication goals.

CLINICAL AUDIOLOGIST | DIRECTOR
I completed my Master of Clinical Audiology at Macquarie University and became an audiologist because I am passionate about helping people. I started Shout Hearing Healthcare to provide exceptional client service because I believe people want to feel connected and cared for. I want to be able to apply all of my university degree knowledge in the diagnostic and rehabilitation care of my clients. Communication is at the centre of audiology practice and Shout ensures our clients’ needs are firmly at the centre of everything we do. I am a full member of the Audiological Society of Australia, and hold a Certificate of Clinical Practice. I am also a member of Independent Audiologists Australia.

PRINCIPAL AUDIOLOGIST
I have been working as an adult rehabilitation and diagnostic audiologist since January 2019, after completing a Master of Clinical Audiology at Macquarie University in 2018. I have always been interested in Allied Health and the importance of hearing and communication on an individual’s quality of life.
I was very excited to join Shout Hearing Healthcare in April 2022, the client-centric approach and focus on overall communication and health resonated with my approach to audiology. Since this time, I have gained valuable experience in Diagnostic Paediatric testing, wax removal and vestibular testing. I am a full member of Audiology Australia and have my Certificate of Clinical Practice.
