Christmas Greetings and Holiday Hours
As Christmastime is soon upon us, and we take time to reflect on our blessings, I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful clients for their continued loyalty and support. The last few years have been challenging for small business and now, more than ever, your support has been instrumental in ensuring that we have not only survived, but we have thrived and flourished! It is the highest of compliments and we thank you sincerely!
This year has been another busy year for Shout, we have welcomed clients, old and new and continued our professional development. I have enjoyed attending the Independent Audiology Australia conference at Mooloolaba, which was an important opportunity to meet and support other small independent audiology clinics. We are all committed to keeping client centred and evidence-based practise alive! You have been greeted by our awesome client care team, Lily and Rachael, who continue to provide excellence in customer care, helping in any way you may need from changing a wax filter, to pairing your devices to your phone. No appointment needed, just drop in and be greeted by their friendly faces!
We have also waved good-bye to our much-loved Brooke, who has moved into paediatric care; we are so proud of her success and the next chapter of her audiology career! Finally we have welcomed our new and highly experienced audiologist Pauline, who has joined us with a wealth of expertise in adult rehabilitation, aural care, and clinic management. We are fortunate to have such a great team at Shout, both past and present; one of my many blessings!
And as we welcome the New Year, we look forward to continuing to support our clients on their hearing health journey.
As the holiday season approaches, please make sure to note the following clinic dates:
